We are a small company based in the UK with a combined 25 years of conveyancing experience as Fee Earners and Team Managers for both high street and volume conveyancing firms with an in depth knowledge of both Property Law and the conveyancing process. The Title Consultancy Ltd offers a fully insured service with an emphasis on accuracy, quality and efficiency.

The service offered consists of analysing title and  drafting  reports and enquiries for  Conveyancing firms and Licensed Conveyancers for all types  of residential property in the UK including registered and unregistered freehold and leasehold properties, newbuild properties, help to buy, shared ownership, Tyneside (‘crossover’) leaseholds, repossessions, auctioned properties, PRC properties and Right to Buy.

We offer conveyancing firms a service whereby they only pay for the work done – per report.  Conveyancing firms are able tap into the services of experienced conveyancers on an as and when needed basis with no minimum number of files.  Thus, if there are staff off sick, or a vacancy cannot be filled, or simply no one with the necessary experience is available –or there is a spike in the workload, we can step in.   Conveyancing firms do not have to pay us holiday or sickness pay, or to chat around the water cooler or over coffee – or if there is a slowdown in the property market and the workload reduces!  With no agency fees, every penny spent on our service is for quality and efficient work carried out to a the high standard to be expected of an experienced conveyancer.
