Barkers are a small dedicated Specialist Family Law practice situated on the outskirts of Bolton town centre. We only deal with Family Law issues such as Divorce; Civil Partnership breakdown; Children matters (Residence, Contact, Parental Responsibility, etc.); Care proceedings (acting for both Parents or Children). We offer a high level of expertise and committment to each of our clients. We hold a contract with the Legal Services Commission and can offer all types of Family Law service at the "Specialist" level.
